Renee is originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Littleton, Colorado in May of 2020. A lifelong athlete, she was a two-sport competitor at Central Dauphin High School, where she excelled in both field hockey and track and field, both as a pole vaulter and relay runner. As a freshman for the Rams field hockey team, she was one of only three to earn a spot on Junior Varsity, later becoming a two-year starter and earning Mid-Penn Commonwealth Conference honors while helping lead her team to successful seasons in 2013 and 2014. She also competed with Key State FH club team from her sophomore through senior years, contributing to multiple top finishes at national indoor and outdoor tournaments while further sharpening her skills and love for the game.

Renee continued her athletic career at the Division I level, playing field hockey for Missouri State University, where she graduated in December 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science—a field that aligned with her passion for athletics, health, and human performance. Alongside her playing career, she developed expertise working with young athletes as a strength and conditioning coach and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, further deepening her understanding of athlete development and performance. Dedicated to giving back to the sport that shaped her, Renee has been actively coaching and providing private lessons since 2015, helping young athletes refine their technical skills while also building strength, confidence, discipline, and resilience both on and off the field.

In 2023, Renee joined the Colorado Bears Competitive League, embracing the opportunity to continue competing while also helping to strengthen the field hockey community in Colorado. Since moving to the state, she has been dedicated to supporting the sport’s growth and takes pride in serving as a positive role model for the next generation of players. Professionally, Renee works as both a Physical Therapist Assistant and a security officer, where she draws on her background in law enforcement and exercise science to bring discipline, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety to every role she undertakes. Outside of work and athletics, she enjoys spending time with her two labrador retrievers, traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, strength training, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
