Callie (Hiner) Lang is originally from Westport, CT where she competed for the Staples Wreckers and played competitive field hockey for FC United and HTC. Callie continued on to play D1 hockey for the Georgetown University Hoyas in Washington DC, where she earned a B.S. in International Economics from the Walsh School of
Foreign Service and made the National Field Hockey Coaches Association D1 Academic Squad all four years.

Callie joined the Colorado Bears in 2022 to help grow the game of field hockey in Colorado and to help girls and young women develop through sport. She has level 2 USFHA coaching certification, with
experience coaching from beginner level up through NEXUS. She believes that providing girls and young women with an environment to learn, bond with teammates, grow through challenges, take ownership, work hard, and have fun will empower them to not only grow in the sport, but to grow holistically as people and lifelong athletes.

Callie moved to Denver in 2018 to continue her career in Corporate Finance in the Food & Beverage Industry and to live the Colorado mountain life.
