Players will be organized by skill level, in the following age groups:
Cubs: K-3rd Grade
Grizzlies: 4th-5th Grade
Middle School: 6-8th Grade
High School: 9th-12th Grade

11:30 AM – 12:15 PM Lunch
12:15 PM – 1:00 PM Activity/ Skill of the Day
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM FH Games
what to bring/wear
Reversible pinnie, turf shoes, field hockey stick, mouth guard, shin guards/ socks, water bottle, lunch/ snacks, electrolytes, cooling towel, etc.
